Today, we’re excited to announce the release of version 2.1 of the Testkube platform which includes significant architecture improvements to continue our trend of supporting larger and more complex environments.

With the release of 2.0, Testkube introduced the concept of workflows to drive the massively scalable load and functional testing required by larger applications. Version 2.1 has additional features designed to support these customers. Check out the full changelog here for more details.

Security Compliance

Testkube no longer requires registry credentials to be stored as Kubernetes secrets when fetching images from container registries. This means a more secure and streamlined process for your testing workflows. You can learn more in our docs.

Improved Istio Support

Second, service mesh usage in large enterprises gets a big improvement where sidecar containers are required . With this improvement, depending on your cluster setup you may even see significant speed improvements in test execution times. Check our docs for more details.
