About Us

The large majority of testing tools are not built with Kubernetes in mind. Testkube was born to fix this.

Testkube was created in 2021

Testkube, originally called Kubetest, was created in 2021 by Ole Lensmar, Kubeshop’s CTO (famously known as the creator of SoapUI) to empower testers as they navigate the Kubernetes world.

We believe

At Testkube, we believe that Kubernetes adoption should provide an opportunity for testing and DevOps teams to reimagine testing done right - not make it more complicated.

How do we work to achieve this?

By allowing teams to work with their existing testing and CI/CD tools, using Kubernetes natively for scalability and decoupling test orchestration from their CI/CD pipelines.

Starting with just a Postman executor...

Testkube now has:

  • Native support for more than 12 testing tools
  • The ability to incorporate any other tool easily: offering vendor neutrality and flexibility in your testing systems.

We are growing

Now spanning across America, Europe and Asia, our team has grown considerably since day one. Together we continue to build the next generation, first-of-its-kind, test orchestration and execution framework that harnesses the power of a Kubernetes-native approach.

Testkube is one of the three commercial products from Kubeshop, a first of its kind open source incubator and accelerator, focused on the challenges of Kubernetes and the cloud native ecosystem.
