Testkube v1.16 is live! Small but mighty, this release brings significant performance improvements and overall fixes related to ArgoCD support, Test Triggers, MongoDB migrations, and more!

General Fixes
Test Execution
- We’ve added the useDataDirAsWorkingDir option in the Executor CRD to automatically set the working dir for all tests under specific executors
- Post and pre-run scripts can be executed in the working directory of the executed test
Pre-Built Executors
- We’ve expanded the environment variables in the argument list for all pre-built executors
- cURL utility has been added to all pre-built executors
CI/CD Implementations
- You can now use the Testkube plugin as an ArgoCD sidecar
- We added owner references to Testkube cron jobs for scheduled tests, to sync them in ArgoCD
Test Triggers
- We’ve introduced support for REGEX during resource selecting
- Testkube now passes event details at launch to all executed Tests and Test Suites when triggered
Monitoring and reporting
- We’ve added the option to download artifacts when running Test Suites from the Testkube CLI with download-artifacts
- MongoDB indexes and migrations have been implemented and updated to improve query performance
