What We're Looking For

Product Leadership

• 6+ years building successful B2B SaaS or infrastructure software products.
• Experience taking products from concept through launch and customer adoption.
• Exceptional customer discovery and product thinking skills.
• Strong analytical decision making supported by data and customer insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to influence without formal authority.
• Comfortable making high-quality decisions with incomplete information.
• Strong execution mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision and short-term delivery.

Technical Depth

You don't need to write production code, but you should be technically credible with senior engineering teams.

You should be comfortable discussing topics such as:

• APIs
• Distributed systems
• Kubernetes

• Cloud infrastructure
• CI/CD pipelines

• Developer tooling
• Infrastructure automation

Deep Understanding of Our Market
