Kelly Revenaugh
Kelly Revenaugh is a seasoned Developer Relations and Technical Marketing professional who has spent over three years building bridges between cutting-edge technology and the developers who use it. Currently serving as the Founding Head of Developer Relations & Developer Marketing at Kubeshop, she has been instrumental in launching and scaling multiple open-source developer tools across the Kubernetes and cloud-native ecosystem.
At Kubeshop, a startup studio specializing in open-source core tools, Kelly has worked across the entire portfolio—from inception to commercialization—helping shape product strategy for projects including Testkube, Monokle, Tracetest, Botkube, Kubefirst, and Kusk Gateway. Her expertise spans the full DevRel stack, encompassing technical content creation, community building, event strategy, and developer experience optimization.
Before joining Kubeshop, Kelly served as Developer Evangelist at Galvanize Inc, where she led the concept-to-launch of the Galvanize Tech Community, growing it to over 10,000 members. She co-created and led "Coding for Women by Women," a JavaScript workshop series that welcomed over 1,800 attendees and was featured in national news segments.
Kelly's technical foundation includes extensive experience as a full-stack web developer, having worked with clients ranging from independent artists to global organizations like the National Organization for Women and Pearson Education. She holds an Advanced Software Engineering certification from Hack Reactor and has served as a Software Engineer Resident, mentoring over 60 students.
As a passionate advocate for open-source collaboration and community building, Kelly serves as a lead organizer for Kubernetes Community Day New York, successfully launching the inaugural event with 250 sold-out tickets. She frequently speaks at industry conferences and is recognized for her ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible, engaging content.
Based in Burlington, Vermont, Kelly continues to champion the power of human connection in technology, believing that the strongest innovations emerge from inclusive, supportive communities.
